You have the right to cancel the product within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this purchase contract by means of a clear statement via e-mail to info@scanfeed.eu. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Exception right of withdrawal

If the customer wants to download the purchased file immediately, the providers can regulate this in such a way that he waives his right of withdrawal. The sellers can therefore protect themselves against abusive returns and only release the download after the 14 days have expired.

If you want to download the files earlier, you automatically agree to the expiration of the revocation obligation. In addition, by downloading, he agrees that he is aware that he will lose his right of withdrawal. If he does not agree, the provider can refuse the download for a period of 14 days. Only then would the download be possible without restrictions, then the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you, excluding the delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. In the event of a dispute, partial repayments by the seller are not excluded from reimbursement.

to be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We do not bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
